Recently my favorite cheese is "KIRETERU(sliced) cheese" made by YUKIJIRUSI (snow brand). It's easier than wiping the used knife after slicing the cheese. Cut the apple into 4 pieces and then slice them the size of the cheese. Put the apple in the salt water. You can cook this simple dish quickly and it's good with a drink. If you eat them hot, it's fine to omit the salt water. |
